Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or anything purchased from a third-party seller that is not an authorized BN3TH retailer. Please note that any replacement products provided through a warranty claim will not be covered by our warranty policy.

If you need to make a warranty claim for an item bought at a retailer other than BN3TH.com or BN3TH.ca, please contact our customer service team at info@bn3th.com.
Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a BN3TH Representative first. They will be returned to sender.
