RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTIES

All returns, exchanges and warranty claims for purchases made on BN3TH.com or BN3TH.ca (North America) must be made through our online portal. 

Sale items are all final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All packages sent back to BN3TH without notice will be returned to sender.

Returns will be honoured for product that has been purchased from BN3TH.com or BN3TH.ca (North America) if claimed within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order value, excluding outbound shipping costs. If you request an exchange or store credit, your replacement order will be shipped out or your credit will be added once the return has been approved by our customer service team.

We offer a one-year manufacturer warranty on all products purchased from BN3TH.com or BN3TH.ca (North America) with proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or anything purchased from a third-party seller that is not an authorized BN3TH retailer. Please note that any replacement products provided through a warranty claim will not be covered by our warranty policy. 

Once a warranty claim has been made, it will be reviewed by our team. If approved, next steps will be communicated to you shortly after.

If you need to make a warranty claim for an item bought at a retailer other than BN3TH.com or BN3TH.ca, please contact our customer service team at info@bn3th.com.

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a BN3TH Representative first. They will be returned to sender.
