RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all purchases made directly through our website: www.bn3th.ca. We stand behind our products – and more importantly – our customers. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we.

Whether the size is off, or maybe the colour just isn’t your style, please reach out so we can make things right.

All returns must be initiated through our online portal. The process will walk you through a few simple steps, all the way to printing a return shipping label right from home.

All products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange, and packages sent to our warehouse without first submitting a claim will unfortunately make their way right back to your doorstep.

To return a product that was purchased outside of our website at one of our authorized dealers, please work directly with the
retailer where that purchase was made. At this time, we’re only able to accept returns on products that were purchased directly through our website.

We make 2 styles of Everyday underwear.

Our premium Icon Collection, made from ultra-soft Tencel™ modal has been our best seller since day one. And our all-day Essentials Collection, made from a soft stretch Lenzing™ EcoVero™ & BCI Cotton blend.

We make 3 styles of underwear for Performance.

Our premium wicking recycled polyester Ultra Collection, engineered for high-performance activity. The Flex Collection is made from a performance recycled polyester mesh, designed for all-purpose sport. And a quick drying recycled polyester Agua X Collection, made for hybrid performance, on land or in water.
